Then in the late 17th century Thomas Spence introduced the rights of infants, although this did not stay in exercising for long as children were still being used for slavery. It became know that children should have rights and so these childrens rights were developed throughout the centurys until now.

In 1853 Charles Brace founded the childrens aid society which worked with children on the street. This was because back in the 1800s the age in which adults died was oft younger than it is now and people were having children and thus passing by when the children were young. Therefore pushing young ones out onto the street. In the 1890s the National Childs Labour Committee was then born, this was an organisation dedicated to elimination of all child labour. In 1929 the orphan train was wiped out and stopped running wholly as orphan children were being used as slaves for labour. 1945 came well-nigh and this was the start of World War 2 which made a gap in the labour market because men were going to war....
