The decision makers and administrators of associations have to provide a way for their employees to share all of the essential information that is need for the job; this is where the ideas of workgroup computation and enterprise work out are critical. Workgroup and enterprise computing is a collection of computers on a local area communicate (LAN) that allows coworkers to easily share files, printers and other network resources, which creates the prospect for greater flexibility and efficiency. Any organization that makes use of the advantages that workgroup and enterprise computing gives can have a big edge over its competition. Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, classmates at Stanford University, founded HP in 1939 in a Palo Alto garage.
