On special occasion when the employees have an activity everyone brings some type of dish from there culture. This seems to not only bring everyone together but we also check into the different texture and or taste for all different foods. Furthermore, I have also noticed the many art work that decorate the organization from all different places around the world and cultures. The one thing that I noticed is the occurrence that we do not provide services to people with other languages. As much as we have a diverse population with do not have any clinician that would blab any other language. The patients most be English talk if they want to assist our facility.
