Summary of the ethical anaesthetize:
The situation I will be discussing is this paper is a real life core I had to deal with in my current role as manager at the pecuniary substructure I work for. Just like in many other companies there is an ethics manual to carry by. This manual will help everyone in the company to range what they are doing in their roles to what they should be doing. This ensures that everyone is being held to the same ethical and moral standards.
A customer service and sales congressman was having a hard time at home and was ladder into problems each month with making ends meet. She had reversed well-nigh overdraft fees on her account. She had discussed this with a couple of other employees at the chamfer and unfortunately got back to me. I had to involve an investigator through the bank that deals with these situations. Unfortunately this type of ethical situation is not savable. When mortal reverses fees on their account it is basically stealing from the bank and that is not acceptable in any situation.

When diving into this ethical issue it brings me back to the reading in regards to credo.



Credo, which is defined as variant from the code of ethics and does not consist of the virtues that companies usually diagnose in a code of ethics, such as: we are always honest; we follow the laws. (Jennings, 3) Two questions that we need to cipher at are:
1. Who are you? I have to lead myself this question this to understand the other person in this ethical situation. If I understand my credo and what grounds me, I rat help others better.
2.What are the things that you would never do to gravel a job? To keep a job? In some circumstances this could be very difficult for some and if I know where my credo is, I could honestly offer that there isnt any reason why I would do anything unethical to get or keep a job.
