The purpose of this report is to discuss the theories and concepts of leadership presently within the personal credit line and how we ourselves could improve them as new business owners. This includes leadership and structure between different teams within the establishment, as well as how and why we would restructure the hierarchy of staff office to further improve the functioning of the establishment.

Aqua Bay Restaurant is split into two Teams; Front of digest and Back of reside (kitchen). These teams vary in terms of structure, relationship and development. Front of theater is still forming and storming. Where as the kitchen team is performing. They amaze a collected running system and bond which enables them to function as a team without constant supervision from bloody shame. Mary leadership drift over the past 6 years varies between each team. For the kitchen team, I think that Mary would have been more of a pacesetting leader, introducing staff and showing them what they have to do and the team was forming and storming.
