I think novelty can be related to ethnicity, way of thinking, your opinion on something, the way you feel about politics, the build of food your family likes, the music you like, the type of art that you like, what kind of hobbies interest you, and peoples talents. The list can go on and on forever. Every person has a voice, and every voice is different, and that is diversity to me and its important because I am so interested in what every oneness has to say or think. By sense of hearing or experiencing opposite peoples opinions can only make one wise, even if you disagree. I think the smartest people are the virtually diverse people because they let so many things mould the way they think, and how they feel towards mankind.
If every person would give other peoples opinions a chance then I think diversity would become so much more present in the world. The most diverse places in the world are study cities where a bunch of different types of people are in one small area, like Akron for an example. I have seen so many, and heard so many different types of people and their opinions, and I think I would to travel to other cities and other countries to assure way more.
