The government issue I selected is Childhood Obesity, the reason I choose this take is because a lot of young children are having an issue with obesity. beingness obese as a child can be very dangerous it leads to diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and poor pedantic performance.
Our First Lady Michelle Obama expresses why its very historic to stay fit and reasoned, Mrs. Obama tells us how parents and caregivers play a give away role in not only making salutary choices for children and teaching children to consider healthy choices for themselves. But in at presents busy world, this isnt always easy. So permits Move! Offers parents and caregivers the tools, support and information they need to make healthier choices while instilling healthy eating habits in children that will last a lifetime.
Also, physical drill is an innate component of a healthy lifestyle. In combination with healthy eating, it can help prevent a range of chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and stroke, which are the three leading causes of death.



Physical activity helps control weight, builds lean muscle, reduces fat, promotes strong bone, muscle and joint development, and decreases the attempt of obesity. Children need 60 minutes of play with moderate to officious activity every day to grow up to a healthy weight.
The way I plan on qualifying my topic selection by making sure I have gathered all the important information and not overcrowding my paper.
The specific claim I plan to argue is the grandness of eating healthy and exercising more, I feel as a child I didnt do oft vigorous exercise that I should have. Now I am a parent of two girls, I want to be an example to them how important it is to eat right and stay healthy.
